I dont rate products but after my son brought this home and 10 minutes after using it can breathe. I cant believe this really works i will keep it in my purse from now on. oh one small thing it kinda burns just a little for about 45 seconds or so and let me tell you its worth every bit of the burn. i can breathe

The Vicks Sinex 12 hour Ultra Fine Mist was perfect. It worked, you got a decent amount for your money, and you didn't have to worry about toting around a glass jar in your pocket. I emailed Vicks right as they discontinued the Sinex spray, and was told that they weren't discontinuing that product, which was completely inaccurate as it was not carried by any stores a week later.
For whatever reason the new container just doesn't work as well, and I am leery of having a glass bottle in my pocket instead of something that I know won't shatter.
All in all, it might work decently, but no where near as well as the old bottle. I notice that the old Sinex sprays used to fly off the shelves at every store around here, yet now, I can find this new stuff by the boatload. Seems to me bringing back the old might not just be a decent way to give the consumers what they want, but it might help the bottom line a bit more as well.

4-Hour relief should say 2-Hour relief

Had suffered for 2days with nasal congestion due to season change and found this product at Walmart. Relief was instantaneous. Effects only lasted for 2 hours instead of the 4 hours as listed.
