I loved the old way Sinex Ultra Mist smelled. It may have been a while since I purchased it but now it smells kind of like Flonase or Nascort -- not much like Vicks anymore -- If I wanted to inhale an odor like Afrin that's what I would have purchased - disappointed. Go back to the old product.

I am very unsatisfied with the change in this product. It no longer gives that "Vicks" puff of scent when used but more importantly, it doesn't seem to give the same relief as the original formulation.
I have looked and looked for the original on shelves and have been disappointed.
Why did you tamper with a good thing!!

Ineffective and horrible reformulation of Sinex

The new formula has a horrible smell compared to the older one with the Vicks Vapors - The older product worked like a charm - this didn't work at all when the older product with vapors did. Waste of money for an ineffective product.
Thank goodness the store brands still have camphor! Save 4 bucks and buy the generic.
Please bring back the vapors!

This is a poor replacement of the previous product which worked and was useful. This new (apparently just to raise the price) does not work at all. I will use the generic provided by drug stores.

I have severe FALL allergies, dysfunctional eustachian tubes, my nose is clogged completely, and I am near deaf from August until December! This stuff is a life saver! My nasal passages are opened within minutes and my hearing improves a lot! I have heard people say that OTC nasal sprays are addictive and I couldn't disagree more! Maybe I am too lazy to become addicted, but I never even think of it once the allergy cycle is over for me. Steroid nasal sprays give me relief the first week, after that nothing! Vicks Sinex will always be a "must have" for my allergy season!!

This product works great! It takes action immediately and the smell is not as strong or overwhelming like the traditional Vicks Chest Cream. This is actually a very pleasant and mild smell.
My recommendation for usage is to not spray directly up into the nasal cavity but rather towards the outside wall of the nostril.
This did not cause any drowsiness for me and worked excellent as a nighttime breathing reliever.

For months I have been unable to find the Vicks sinex pump l2 hour ultra fine sinus relief that I depend on for a full nights sleep. I have checked southern Utah, my own city of Mesquite and even various locations in Las Vegas. The product is just gone in every location. At first I thought I had over recommended my own satisfaction with Vicks Sinex iin the pump but when the missing product was absent for nearly a year I was worried about something more concerning that popularity. I still do not know why I am unable to find the product in my area but want you to know that it is the only one that helps me and I would so appreciate it if you would get someone to talk to Smiths Drugs about replacing the empty spot on the shelves. Wal Mart too, has none and Harmons in St. George has none either. I have been forced to try any number of alternative "like" products, they do not compare, no matter the price.

I have used Sinex for years, unfortunately, but it is the best inhalable nasal decongestant on the market. I saw the new and improved moisurizing formula, and thought well that's nice. Another improvement from taking it off the shelves for a couple months earlier in the year. I do not like the new spearmint scent/flavor. The classic Vicks is much better. Before this change, I would have given it at least a 4 overall. Effectiveness is just based on probably how long I have used it-it's efficacy is not as good as it would a new user.

This is by far the best stuff. I am not happy that no one seems to carry it any more and I have to special order. All of our local grocery, shops, pharmacies etc do not carry it on the shelves and you have to special request. Some will not even order it.

I love this product and have used it for nearly 20 years. The Ultra Fine Mist is the best "afrin product" on the market. Unfortunately, I can no longer find it in any drugstore in my area because the new smelly moisturizing product took its place. HELP!

Super-effective, have used for years. Only drawbacks are dry mouth and occasional restlessness if taken at night. Far superior in shelf stability to generics and competitors with the same active ingredients; does not harden when left in a drawer for weeks between uses like other brands I have used.

had a severe cold/congested several months ago. doctor prescribed meds including Fluticasone propionate nasal spray. well it did not work. went out and bought the Vicks12 hour nasal spray, within a matter of minutes, my nasal passages was clear and i was breathing fine! have bought store brands in the past and they did not work as fast or as long. Definately impressed, will continue to use, and will recommend

I have had sinus and nasal issues for years and the doctor has recommended surgery numerous times. Using this product has made breathing much easier and comfortable. Also using this before bed has cut down on snoring significantly.
