I have had sinus and nasal issues for years and the doctor has recommended surgery numerous times. Using this product has made breathing much easier and comfortable. Also using this before bed has cut down on snoring significantly.

This product is terrible!!! I would never recommend this. I don't usually write reviews but I am so mad that my nose is stuffy after spraying this as directed. I used another brand and it cleared it up within 5 mins. I would never purchase this again. i would assume they tried this before putting it on the selves but it didn't work for my husband, myself or my kid.

Excellent Product but I miss the plastic bottle. I had one of the new glass bottles break in my pocket.

I used to use Afrin 12 hour and decided to try the Vicks because it was on sale. This is an awesome product and works way better than the Afrin. I can actually use less of the Vicks than the Afrin and I've never had a problem with the bitter taste running down the back of my throat like with Afrin either. All in all, this is the best product I've ever used for nasal congestion!

This product is byfar the best I have ever used. Better than script meds, for the fact that it clears my sinus' in a matter of a minute. I can breathe all day and all night. It is, however just a quick fix because it doesn't cure your cold of course so about 9-10 hours later your simptoms are back.

Why did they change to Vapospray? The old Sinex formula seemed much more effective and had a stronger menthol "smell"

The new formula that's come out in the last year for the 12 hour ultra fine mist is horrible. It doesn't work nearly as well as it once did and doesn't last nearly as long. Please go back to the old Vicks! I have suffered with sinus problems for years and Vicks 12 hour ultra fine mist was the only thing that would give me total relief, now it only helps a little.

Go back to plastic pump spray bottle because most people carry this with them to use during the day. the glass bottle is breakable. Active ingredient Phenylephrine HCI is better for my allergy relief. This goes for the 4 hour as well as the 12 hour relief. Thank you for your time.

I do not know what happened but ever since you changed the look of this product it does not seem to work as well as it did. I haad used Vicks 12 hr .for years. I could always count on it for relief, but that is not the case w/th this new formula. I used to be able to feel the vicks vapors and now it does not feel right, If I had known that it was going tto be changed I would have bought up all that I could of the origional blue and red box.
The only thing that i did notice about the "new look vicks" was that it had gone up in price anywhere from $1.00-2-00. If there is any where that I canpurchase the old formula I would like to know so I can get back the frelief that I used to get.
