I have used the sinex 12 hour nasal spray for almost 30 years. Nothing else compared until recently (at least a year ago). They must have changed this product. It used to be excellent and came with a blue cap. When they changed the packaging and gave it a green cap it lost all effectiveness for me. I still have a very treasured supply of the blue caps and have not found anything else to compare.

This stuff works better than any nasal spray on the market. Trust me, I've tried them all and this one works by far the greatest of all. Does everything it says it does. You can't go wrong with this product!

Since the packaging has changed with this product it no longer seems to work at all. I have used this product for many years and have recommended it to several people. But now purchasing other product to find a product that will work the way this product worked in the past

I would like to know what happened to the orginal Sinex Nasal Spray. I have tried this 12-hour and it does not work. After I use this spray it seems that I am having to use it with in 2-3 hours. When I woould use the orginal nasal spray I did not have to use it again for 6-8 hours. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORGINAL NASAL SPRAY? Please bring the orginal spray back.........

I used to use the 4 hour spray and that was the best thing on the market! Tried the 12 hour caused nose bleeds, stopped up nose and sneezed for twenty minutes after use! The stuff is awful!! I really wish they would put the 4 hour spray back on the market. Been using Dristans 4 hour and that works ok. BTW I am a non-smoker, just live where there is a lot of pollen

I have been disappointed since your company changed the formula to the VapoSpray. Does not give the 12 hour relief as your former product did; the 12 hour Vicks Sinex sinus relief. Please go back to the previous formula.

The old formula of the Vicks Sinex Spray worked wonders! Why did they change it?? How can I get a hold of the old one? This new version doesn't clear up anything.

I have tried lots of other brands that do not work some have even cut the inside of my nose. Vicks Sinex has never caused any problems like the other ones do. I think that it is the safest nasel spray on the market.

I have used this product for almost 20 years - but, do NOT like the new container. The long slender spray handle was, in my opinion, the key to being able to get the spray up in the nose. With the new one, it is just too wide and short and has lost its effectivness.

Why would you change something that worked just fine ??? I have very BAD Asthma and the ONLY thing that worked for me was the plastic one .WE don't like the new one in glass ,it leaks and the kids can open it very easy.
Please change it back !!!!!

I have been using Sinex 12 hr. for over 30 years.
It was the only product that worked--period.
Now you have changed it to a wothless product.
WHY?
The "Red Stripe" box (discontinued) is selling for $35--$40 / box on Ebay. I am not the only one who thinks this!!!

I have been purchasing this product on a regular basis for 20 years. I have noticed in the past 6 months it is not the same. The product does not dispense well. It doesn't come out like it used to and it definitely does not last 12 hours. I spend good money for this and I am extremely disappointed in whatever changes have been made to the product and dispensing lately. If you don't make some positive changes, I will have to go to another brand. I hate that. I like to stick with one product, but I can't waste my money like that. The last one I purchased will have to be thrown out. It won't dispense at all.

I have been useing vicks all my life. It WAS a great product.Ever since you had a bacteria problem in your 12 hour nasal spray and removed it from the market you left a very very very poor product in it's place. Remove the problem. Bring back the original formula with real vicks vapors in it. You will satisfy a multidute of the public again. My family has stopped buying the replacemnt nasal spray. I am 60 and have used vicks products all my life every day. I have dry membrane. This product is so bad and ineffective I am trying different nasel sprays. No one is stocking the spray or mist with phenylephrine in my town and I have tried everwhere. Vicks has always been a good product and I hate to see it go down.
